I need to clear about everything here since we already explained to you by message and phone .  The trailer is new making and customized to your required .before start the production ,we made 3D drawing to you and get your confirmation ,also after finished the production ,we did the inspection with you ,and send to you all the inspection pictures and videos ,after you confirmed all details ,we arranged shipping for you .  I don't understand why you gave an unsatisfactory evaluation during the transportation process.  We thanks for your time but we also prefer to the real review .
